Last weekend, I attended a health fair in Odense, where I had the opportunity to talk with many people about hypnosis and the issues that can be addressed through hypnosis.
Several visitors stopped by the stand to learn more about how hypnosis works and what it can be used for in practice. I had some very interesting conversations about topics such as:
• anxiety
• stress
• overthinking
• habits people would like to change
