Hypnosis can help with many different challenges. Here are some of the areas where I offer support:
Hypnosis can help reduce anxiety, worries and inner restlessness. It may be exam anxiety, performance anxiety or sudden anxiety attacks that affect everyday life.
If you feel stressed, have difficulty relaxing, or experience that your body is constantly on alert, hypnosis can help you return to calm and balance.
Hypnosis can support you in changing habits that no longer serve you, such as overeating, sugar cravings, smoking or other patterns you want to break. The focus is on short processes with lasting changes.
Hypnosis can help process distressing experiences that still affect the body and mind. This may be after accidents, loss, shock, abuse, or other events. Experiences that simply won’t let go. The goal is to create calm and more freedom in everyday life.
Hypnosis can help reduce or eliminate strong reactions to specific situations or things – such as fear of flying, heights, needles or dental visits. The goal is to give you more freedom in everyday life.

Afternoons and on weekends
I offer sessions on weekdays after 5 PM and on weekends. All times are stated in Central European Time (CET), Denmark.
