Online hypnosis for stress
When things start moving too fast.
When your body begins to react in a way you have never experienced before, it is a signal that something is out of balance.
Hypnosis can help you pause, restore calm and regain clarity.
My goal is that you notice a clear change already after the first session.
What is stress?
When cortisol is rushing through the body, it is the body’s natural way of handling increased pressure.
But if the extra strain continues for too long, the body may no longer be able to find calm again. It keeps running at full speed.
Restlessness in the body, fatigue, difficulty concentrating and sleep problems can quickly take over everyday life.
Stress can affect both work performance and family life. And not everyone gets help to restore balance in time. When the body finally says STOP, the result is often long periods of sick leave.
Common symptoms of stress
Stress can show up in many ways — both physically and mentally.
Many people experience a combination of symptoms that can vary from day to day.
For many, it feels as if the body never truly relaxes, as if it is constantly working overtime.
Typical signs of stress may include:
- Constant fatigue or lack of energy
- Restlessness in the body or a feeling of agitation
- Sleep problems or frequent awakenings
- Difficulty concentrating and forgetfulness
- Headaches or muscle tension
- Irritability or a short temper
- Heart palpitations or pressure in the chest
- Feeling overwhelmed or under pressure
Stress rarely develops overnight
Many people experience that the pressure gradually builds up. Tasks, worries, or demands accumulate, and the body tries for a long time to keep up.
At first, it is often possible to cope by working harder and pushing yourself more.
But tasks that used to be easy to handle can start to feel overwhelming.
For some, everyday life becomes a constant feeling of pressure and low energy. For others, it ends with the body simply shutting down.
Be aware: The first signs and symptoms of stress are your body’s way of whispering to you. A whisper you need to listen to.
If you don’t listen, the body will start to shout.
In hypnosis, we help you let go of the feeling of constant pressure. We guide your body back to a calmer state, so energy and stability can return.
At the same time, you’ll gain simple tools to handle everyday life and work tasks in a more effective way.
A safe and calm process
I set aside 90 minutes for each session, so there is plenty of time. You should allow up to 2 hours in case we run a little over.
The first session begins with a conversation, where we get a clear picture of where you are right now.
We plan the first session entirely based on how much stress is affecting you at the moment.
Hypnosis is a collaboration between you and me. During hypnosis, you will be in a deeply relaxed state. You remain awake, aware, and in full control at all times.
When we work with stress, the focus in most initial sessions is on the ability to relax.
Many experience it as a great relief simply to get help allowing the body to relax, rather than having to explain everything that has happened.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends entirely on your level of stress.
Some people seek help at the first signs of stress symptoms, while others wait until they are on sick leave.
First, we help the nervous system out of its state of alarm, so you can relax again, feel calm in your body, and sleep better at night.
After that, we work with the cause of the stress. Not the challenges themselves, but how you respond to them.
The goal is that you can handle what life brings without your body going into alarm.
After the sessions, a different version of you emerges
You may need to change patterns of behavior and beliefs that are no longer serving you.
When we focus on beliefs and behavioral patterns in a session, most people are surprised by how old these patterns are and where they come from.
Hypnosis and NLP are among the most effective tools for creating change in a short time. Also in changing patterns you have struggled with for a long time.
How many sessions? It depends. Get in touch and have a no-obligation conversation.
But learn from the stress. It has something to tell you. Become the best version of yourself, the one you want to be.
Afternoons and on weekends
I offer sessions on weekdays after 5 PM and on weekends. All times are stated in Central European Time (CET), Denmark.
If I don’t answer the phone, please send me a text message or an email, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
